The Promotion is available to the qualifying and eligible cardholders of Visa Infinite cards which bears the Visa name and logo on the face of the card. Cardholders must settle payment with their valid Visa in order to enjoy the Promotion.
The Promotion is only applicable to the reservation of selected and designated merchant properties in certain destinations, made through a dedicated Promotion landing page only at following URL: Agoda.com/VisaInfiniteAP.
The Promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of Agoda. In case of dispute, the decision of Visa and/or Agoda shall be final.
The Promotion is only valid for hotels that have the “Promotion Eligible” banner on the search results page and “Pre paid”, “Pay now” and “Book Now, Pay later” room types only. Rooms that have the “Pay at the Hotel” flag do not qualify for the promotion.
The Promotion discount for up to 10% + 20% which in total is capped at USD300 per eligible transaction, on first come first served basis. Note that the up to 10% discount is applied directly to the per night price for select accommodations and the up to 20% discount will be applied at checkout page for select accommodations.
The Promotion discount is applicable to accommodation room charges only (excluding local taxes, service fees, extra charges, personal consumptions and the like).
The Promotion is non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions, discounted items and fixed price items (unless specified).
Visa and/or Agoda can change the terms of conditions at any point of time. The Promotion can be suspended or cancelled at any point in time without prior notice.
The Promotion is independent of, and unrelated to, any offer or arrangement between Visa and the cardholder (payment facility, etc.), which is at Visa’s sole discretion and for which Visa is solely responsible and liable.
The Promotion discount will only be displayed on the booking form of the Promotion landing page after entering a valid Visa card number.

Terms & Conditions
This offer is valid for all DFCC Visa Infinite Credit Cardholders.
The offer cannot be exchanged for cash and/or used in conjunction with any other promotional programs or offers provided by service establishments involved in this promotion.
DFCC Bank PLC the has the right to withdraw, modify or change all or any of the rules or terms & conditions applicable to this promotion at any given time without prior notice.
DFCC Bank PLC accepts no liability for the quality of goods and services provided by the services establishments involved in this promotion. Any dispute with regard to the condition, delivery, warranties, after sales service, quality and etc. regarding the goods or services considered under the transactions performed shall be handled as per the existing practices of the Bank.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, the Bank reserves the sole right to provide any benefits offered under this promotion. If any dispute arises regarding any of the terms and conditions contained herewith, the decision of DFCC Bank PLC shall be final.
